Garden Herb Bread Mix

1 cup dried parsley
1/2 cup onion flakes
2 tsp of Celery Salt
2 tsp of garlic salt
2 tsp of marjoram

Mix and store in an airtight container.  add 3/4 TBSP per bread loaf.  Since my bread recipe makes 4 loaves, I use 3 TBSP.  Knead into bread before baking OR add to the bread machine before rising begins.  ENJOY!

This bread goes GREAT with an italian meal!

  1. In a pinch, you can also knead an herb mixture into frozen bread dough (that has been thawed, of course). I like to roll out the dough, sprinkle on garlic powder, basil, and parmesean cheese, and then roll up the dough and knead it a bit. Then I form it and put it in the loaf pan to raise again. Of course, homemade bread is much tastier and more nutritious, but in a pinch, this turns out delicious as well!
